Klaus advises banks, financial services providers and other regulated entities on banking and financial regulatory law, banking contract law, capital markets law and financing transactions. Another focus of his practice is representing clients in complex banking and capital markets disputes.
He has many years of experience at an international law firm and from a secondment with an international banking group. Through his work in Liechtenstein, he also brings experience in cross-border regulatory and corporate matters, wealth structures and asset protection.
