We represent and advise insurance companies, intermediaries and policyholders on an ongoing basis in matters of insurance contract and insurance supervisory law. Due to our partner Bernd Fletzberger's previous work for the insurance supervisory authority of the Austrian Financial Market Authority, we have specialised knowledge of insurance supervisory law.
