Christopher Falke, LL.M.
Christopher is an associate in the Banking & Finance team led by partner Bernd Fletzberger. As part of his training, he specializes in regulatory law and supports the team in advising banks, payment and e-money institutions, fund companies and managers, investment firms, insurance companies, pension funds, fintech firms and crypto service providers. He previously worked for a renowned commercial law firm in Vienna and gained experience especially in the areas of consumer, e-commerce and unfair competition law as well as IP/IT.
