Bernd Fletzberger attends annual Fintech Lawyer-Meeting in Zurich

As a law firm with many international clients, it is a matter of course for us to be well connected with top law firms in other countries. For our banking and finance practice, the Fintech Lawyer Network, of which PFR has been a member since its inception, is therefore a great platform for referrals and sharing ideas at the highest level. This enables us to quickly provide our clients in the financial industry with top expertise in other jurisdictions as well.

The FinTech Lawyers Network is an international network of dedicated and highly specialised FinTech lawyers who are able to handle demanding cross-border mandates.

In addition to many online meetings, we meet in person once a year for an intensive exchange on current topics. Yesterday, our annual gathering took place at Walder Wyss in Zurich. The meeting was dominated by the latest developments in the field of artificial intelligence, MiCAR and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).

We were also able to welcome our new members from Sweden and Norway.
